Nando's Rugby

Prompt seating for a Friday night, but food did take about half an hour. It was a very busy restaurant and staff were working very hard to deliver a good service...well done. There were one or two staff just standing around whilst others rushed off their feet, management may want to look into this as it's not really equitable. Plenty of high chairs for little ones. Outdoor seating area for the summer. In a retail park so great location after a few hours of shipping. Lighting in some parts of the restaurant could be better.... It was quite dark where we sat.

As a family, we visit Nando's a lot. The Rugby branch is by far the best. The staff cannot do enough to make your visit a good one, they really are exceptional. Food is always served quickly and piping hot. Never disappointed.

Easy to get to for date night if you've come from or going to the cinema just down the road it's a nice quick and easy place to grab some food. It's very clean and easy to park at. Other than that it's Nando's what more can I say. Spicy chicken is the best.

Staff were amazing, I was just collecting food to take to my son in hospital and they were so attentive and the young lady that served me went above and beyond. Also the manager got involved and she was equally fantastic. Thank you so much,I can see why my son's love Nandos. Louise

We go there often and never have been disappointed. I chose to go for my birthday dinner there as we like the place. Chicken livers came out dry and cold like taken from someone else table 2 hours before and chicken didn't have grill marks at all. Very disappointed. Got the refund for the livers but that wasn't my initial plan
