Ordered 2 pizzas 2 sides and 3 dips at half price. (Thank god) It was a treat for my children as we watched a family film. After submitting my order online and paying by card transaction we sat and waited after 45 minutes (within their order time frame) minutes i looked at my phone which was on charge in my kitchen and saw i had a cpl of missed calls after trying to return the call i was cut off 3 times then rudely sent a txt explaing he could not find my address and my food would be with another driver in 10 minutes. Concerned i rang the restaurant and was greeted by a very rude manager i asked where my food was and how long had it been out in transit and was I getting a fresh order. He abruptly told me he would not be doing me a fresh order and it was all my own fault we spent 45 minutes on the phone arguing about what I thought was only fair. Around 25 minutes into the call i explained i didn't want the food and requested a refund which at first he refused and finally agreed to cook me fresh food as my original order was still yet to appear it was gone 9 in the evening and by this point I had 3 hungry children and ended up putting something in the oven for them.....night ruined this new order was going to take a further 50 minutes this was by no means acceptable another 15 minutes passed he told me to ring customer services for a full refund giving me their number. Pizzas finally arrived and i was told to keep them they were stone cold the bacon tasted like cardboard they ended up in the bin. The next day I had a survey from their customer services which I filled in explaining my experience also requested a refund which was I was told by the stores manager. Yesterday I received my response for my refund refusing It, and after speaking with the manager of the Leamington store he explained his version of events and it was full of blatant lies, from me not being at home to the driver being sat outside my house for over 10 minutes. I cannot explain the frustration ive experienced and the complete rudeness of a manager. I will never use another pizza hut again especially this one it doesn'teven taste of pizza hut bad immatatiom from a very bad business. OH AND I NEVER GOT MY DIPS!!!

Pizzas were over done topping were dryer out and frazzled wouldn't use again
