We had our dining at Nando's today in table number 22 today and I experienced an unfortunate incident involving one of your staff members. Regrettably, the staff member a lady handling our table exhibited unprofessional behavior by throwing our food plate onto our table.nThis behavior was not only shocking but also highly disrespectful. It significantly detracted from what would have otherwise been an enjoyable dining experience at Nando's.nI believe it's crucial for management to be aware of such incidents to ensure that they are promptly addressed and that the quality of service is maintained at the highest standards. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to address this matter and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Not the best dining I've had with Nando's. The food came out within 7 mins of ordering, however unfortunately my peri salted chips were barely warm. This is, however, the only real negative of our experience. There was no check back, but it's the first time I've not had one any of my nandos visits. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, will definitely use again when over Portsmouth way.
Food is fine. Atmosphere is fine. On this occasion, the waiting staff, manager who asked if everything was fine excepted, could learn how to smile. They let the side down alot. Wheelchair accessible. Easy parking at Gunwharf Keys. Child friendly.
We had to wait for a few minutes before we were taken to a table which was a tad frustrating but from then on the food was cooked in good time and tasted lovely, I definitely recommend the Double Peri-Peri Grilled Chicken Pitta, which was soooo delicious. I liked the wash basin in the main restaurant so we could all wash our hands before eating. And of course the bottomless fizzy drinks always go down well!
We visited on 31st May 2024, table number 91. Order number 719904.nnWe sat outside table 91, ordered food and drink from my phone. Then two of our parties went indoor to get some cutlery. When our friends asked one of female waitresss where we could get some cutlery and napkins. She said: either there or there. Very very unhelpful and rude if you saw the way she interacted with us. Then she is also the person to bring us the drink. Plunk the drinks on the table. We ordered 3 drinks. She only gave us 1 glass for our drinks.nnFood was fine. But first time to have such BAD service. I hope management can pay attention to this particular waitress. She doses not do your business good.
