Very friendly staff lots of smiles….! Had to wait for about 20 mins for a table, message come through on the phone saying table is ready Food is normal like any other Nando’s….but the staff is sure a 5 stars rating.
Excellent quality food with standard portion sizes for a nandos. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food came very quickly even though it was very busy. With free parking outside.Food: 5/5
I came in on Friday the 23rd and honestly I’ve never been in a restaurant where the staff looked so happy to be there! It was really lovely! They were dancing away to Christmas music and every single one I spoke to was so pleasant! I work in catering so I know how stressful it can be. The manager was there and he came over and asked how our meal was. Hats off to him enjoying working like that. That is what the catering world needs. Well done nandos Braintree
I was served by Amber and seated by Becky. As per usual I received absolutely amazing customer service. The food was cooked to perfection a slight wait time but the restaurant were really busy. Amber made the time to connect with us and was very personable whikst maintaining a great level of professionalism. Keep up the great service and food guys

We normally like this place but we felt very rushed as they were closing earlier than normal, due to staff shortage, the sandwiches had more fatty parts on the chicken, when normally they're a lot better. So yes not very good really.Food: 2/5
Perhaps I’ve just become accustomed to poor customer service, but I was so impressed with Nando’s Braintree today. Every member of staff we encountered had a smile on their face and was eager to help and make sure we were having a good time. They took the time to make small talk but not so much that they interrupted our meal or made things awkward. Would highly recommend
I had the butterfly chicken breast and my wife had half a chicken last night and it was soooo dry. Even the sauce didnt help. The Macho peas were great as was the warmth of the venue.
Our favourite Nandos, always top service. The staff are always nice and smiley, food always come quickly. The manager I think the guy who's manager very friendly and attentive. We'll always be back. Vegetarian options: Great choice of vegetarian options Kid-friendliness: Kids love being there, they have high chairs which is good Parking: Great parking, right outside. Lots of space. We never get any problems with the parking there
