Far better than any McDonald’s where I live. The staff are friendly,happy, and delightful. They bring the food to you at this location. I would gladly come out of my to eat here. Whatever management is doing they need to keep it up.

Ordered on the app for counter pick up at 935pm. I saw 2 people fake cleaning inside and a manager walking around. I went to open the door and it was locked and they signaled they were closed. Website says closed at 11 and drive thru closed at 12. If they were under staffed sure I'd understand but I visibly saw 3 employees and there was at least a 4th on the headset for when I went to the drive thru.

I am going to give a 1 star review to 12 Pearl Street Braintree MacDonalds. Appears they removed my first review. I ordered food there and it was like they warmed up food from the previous day like aweful. On top of that the staff is rude and unhelpful. We should run business like this out of braintree, wow you owners you are such an inspiration for how to run a business. not.

Hands down one of the best McDonald's in the south shore..atmosphere, food, attitude always on point.. They go above and beyond. All these clown shoes leaving bad reviews should stay to your  McDonald's in Brockton and Rockland   David #1  Kid-friendliness: Always welcoming well behaved kids

I don't actually know exactly when McDonald's turned into this robotic plastic feeling type of a fast food establishment but customer service for lack of a better term sucks the food is the same which is NOT saying anything good nuggets are always cold no management present to watch times on food drive-thru forget about it it takes 15 minutes when is two cars in front of you no lie I hate to impose negative comments I really dislike it but people need to know

The newly remodeled store looks great . The managers are the best at this location. Your order may take some time but it’s always spot on and there coffee is excellent. Well worth the wait for good fresh accurate order !  I am a regular customer. The only good McDonalds around!

A man came in with a 1/4Lber w/ cheese that was supposed to be a Crispy Chicken. I watched the counter person place it in my bag. I asked her if she just put that gentleman's returned food in my bag.. she denied it. I then checked my finished order and it was missing a 10 piece Nugget. I pointed this out to her. She checked and apologized and gave me the other 10 piece Nugget. They were overcooked and barely edible. Not going to ever return to this location.

all the time this McDonalds closes before its opening hours, today I came and it was already closed at 9.30 pm although the schedule says that it should be open until 10-11 pm

The manager is very unpleasant, and unprofessional. He personally screwed up my order with another customers. I told him what I ordered. Showed him my receipt on my phone and everything. He still wouldn't accept that he was wrong. Gave me the incorrect order anyway. I ended up throwing it away. Spent over $20 to get a five dollar meal. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of better places around  Parking: The parking is crazy here. There&#39;s always something going on. Not worth the hassle.

I usually get really great service here. But I just got a mcrib and the bun was moldy. Just so disgusted this gross bun got by.
