For a service station stop its absolutely fine. Team rushed off their feet but still smiling. Seating a little dated and limited. Note to senior BK managers, your manager here is Ace, best to promote her to a bigger role or lose her. She is a great asset.
Visited on a Saturday at lunch time. Our Chicken Royale and Bacon XL burgers were freshly cooked and piping hot, very good. Self service screen was slow so we ordered at the countercash only at counter, good quick service. Toilets were clean at time of visit. Car park could do with some repairs, some massive potholes need attention.
After travelling for almost 3 hours, we stopped here, hoping for a coffee and toilet break. This place is disgusting, rubbish everywhere, and most of it blocked off by chairs. The whole place smelled of pee. We had to use the baby change in the disabled but before we could use it we had to wipe it down first. We won't be using these services again. We never stayed to get a coffee.
Complete shambles. Ordered on the screen even with the man who works there. Told him wanted plain bacon double whopper burger.. He said he would inform them out the back. Clearly didn't as it was wrong. Chips were cold and food was poor
Place was untidy food and rubbish left out. Toilets dirty took my mother to disabled toilet and so dirty had to take her to ordinary loo not much cleaner. Staff chatting
No atmosphere as it was almost empty. Service was ok but staff could do with some smile training. Tables and chairs etc. nice and clean but floors a mess. Possibly worst I've ever seen in a Buger King. Food very good as usual. Not great services on the A12 but we know from regular journeys that this is 57 miles from home and a good place to stop.
Food was cold, burger tasted a day old and cold, bun tasted musty as if stored incorrectly, onion tasted of cleaner. We both binned half our meal as it was horrible. Do not eat here.Food: 1/5
We were the only people there and waited far too long for our meal. Also expensive. The burgers were nice though.Food: 3/5
Absolutely shocking! Staff member told me he was too busy & I had to use the self serve machine which I couldn't use because I only had cash went to Greg's instead as they were more friendlyFood: 1/5
The toilet was absolutely disgusting , I told a member of the staff and showed the pictures he wasn't bothered Also the vegan burger had one small piece of lettuce , I did mention to the cashier , he then decided to pick up within bare hands, no gloves some lettuce to give me by hand to mine ! , he's handling money then handling food with dirty hands , not to mention the covid safety measures, my eyes could not belive what I was seeing , I complained to the "manager" If he even was about the poor standards kept at his store , the young chap didn't seem to particularly bothered I'd seriously avoid this store , clearly don't maintain the standards burger king stores are trained to keep Disappointing.
