One of my must see places in London! Food never fails, if you like chicken that’s even better! You can choose chicken burger or juicy chicken thighs with different side options. Soft beverages are bottomless. Ambience is taking you to different places. Good experience!Food: 5/5

I recently visited Nando’s Covent Garden and was extremely disappointed. The lack of air conditioning made the restaurant unbearably hot, and it was clear the staff were suffering in the heat. To make matters worse, the toilets were filthy, vandalised, and covered in excrement. When I raised my concerns with the customer service team, my complaint was dismissed without any effort to address the issues. This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I will not be returning.
I really like this Nando's. The atmosphere is great. Love the decorations, simple and modern. Unfortunately it could get crowded and this time there's was a few basic things missing from the menu. Rice + and the wrap
The space was clean and lively, the food came really quickly, it was a bit crowded but that’s cause it was a Saturday. The food was good, but the coleslaw tasted weird.Food: 4/5
This is a very well run Nandos - well laid out with the downstairs dining. I wanted to sit adjacent to a mains socket and the waitress checked various tables and accommodated us on a 6 seating table, even though there were only 2 of us given it was adjacent to a socket. Great menu as always. Drinks machines well laid out to be accessible regardless of seating. Comfortably busy despite it being a Saturday afternoon in the Summer holidays - negligible waiting time. Food service timely and food as expected.
It was my first time going to a Nando's and I have to say it certainly lives up to the hype! I ordered a Butterfly Burger and Fino Pita and both were delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. The portions were decent and the unlimited soft serve was certainly a nice thing to have. The service was courteous albeit a tad slow. Overall, I would definitely come back!
The place has a lovely African themed bamboo decor. The service is super slow but I understand that they grill to order. I loved the bottomless coke service. The chicken is rather dry.Food: 3/5
First meal in London & it was better than I expected. Location in safe area & atmosphere was nice. Noticed the servers used a combination of providing menus vs telling others to just use the QR code to self-serve. Should be provided with silverware & straws as you're seated but instead we had to go back upstairs to ask for it. Sprite tasted like diet Sprite but the Coke sufficed. The food: good for the value. Wings are very small so order accordingly. My meal came with 2 sides so the 5 wings were sufficient but I was going to originally order 3. I would have had more sides than chicken lol. I ordered hot but they were pretty mild, but still good. I'm from TN, so it's hard to beat our wings. Overall, it was decent.
