Good service. My first time at a Nando's so I have to say I enjoyed it although the chicken was drier than I expected. A bit pricier than I expected too.

The building externally and internally is beautiful. Staff were nice and pleasant. However we waited some time to be seated. Along with the chicken we ordered coming out dry, salad looked like it just got thrown into a bowl. Additionally from what we observed during our visit, the staff were slow to bus their tables and remove plates, cups + anything else. As we saw ten empty tables with the aforementioned items for approximately 30 minutes until we left.

Well if u love chicken then defo best place to go nice and tasty food with a number of different options nice n clean environment great customer service

The service is super slow. No every side is available everytime. For instance, supergrain salad was not available when we went last time for dinner. It was frustrating not to get supergrain because suppergrain is super important.

Food was good but the experience was terrible, had to wait 40 minutes, 10 minutes for the table and then half an hour for the food. Thought this was quite a long time for what is after all, fast food on a plate. Also, had to visit the toilet while I was there. It was disgusting. One toilet completely clogged and the other although reasonably clean, the toilet paper was jammed so I had to ask someone to pass me some over the top of the door.
