Our first time in Nandos and both me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. It was busy when we went in but nobody was rushed. The staff had time for you and the food came at a very good speed. Would definatly recommend
Brought in a new system where you have to scan a code to be put into a virtual queue. It’s always busy at Nando’s so there was a wait for our table. Luckily it was sunny outside. We were called by the waiter to our table and told to scan another a code which will let us order online to prevent us to going up to the till and ordering with other people, I prefer this way. They have brought in table service now so the waiters/waitresses bring you everything like sauces and extra plates/napkins cutlery glasses, so you don’t have to move out your seats. the staff are very fast and are on top of refilling your drinks when your low. My friends meal came missing the chicken, we saw the humour side of things and the staff went beyond to fix this. Our waiter was lovely, didn’t catch his name. Lovely food and very fast service. Tried the new flavour called Garlic Bbq, it was delicious I hope they keep it in the menu. Lovely restaurant and very clean. Will go again.
Popped in for lunch and enjoyed our food as always. We were looked after by Benji who was brill, he looked after us making sure we were okay with scanning at the table and helping as it was the first time doing this! He checked back in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. He’s an absolute beaut. He and Josh are both a credit to Nando’s
The food was nice. Had to book in for 2 as it was very busy. The condiment area was sparse and bottles missing spouts but overall an enjoyable dinner.
Food was tasty and the service was good but two of us who had the same spice level felt one was quite a bit hotter than the other - not a problem for us, but maybe be mindful of how hot you choose. Garlic bread was an absolute favourite, we'd recommend that!Food: 4/5
Fast food in a clean, pleasant restaurant. My first time in a Nando's and I thought the menu was a bit underwhelming but the food was good but nothing special. Chips especially average. Staff attentive, polite and efficient.Food: 4/5

My fiancé is a massive fan of Nando's and this has always been our 'go-to' restaurant when it comes to going out for a quick bite. This time around i was not happy at all with the food. The chicken was not cooked and was still pink on the inside. This does put me off Nando's however my fiancé still loves it. I do appreciate the way handled it when I told them about this. I did not ask for a refund but they gave us a discount and brownies on the house.
Staff were lovely, really attentive and helpful. They get five stars hands down. Unfortunately the food coming out of the kitchen was just… meh? I love Nando’s who doesn’t come on and often frequent my local one in Belfast and the quality is always great. Unfortunately the food in this one just wasn’t up to scratch on this occasion. Chicken was pale, no charring, and very very small portion added on as an extra with a salad and by small I mean half the palm of my hand… and I’ve small hands! The mash was hard and dry, and the presentation of the chicken pitta was disappointing and again small portion. We paid £65 for 4 adults including drinks so not like we broke the bank but it just didn’t feel worth it. I reiterate though, the staff are lovely and warm and friendly. I’d like to think this was just a bad day Saturday around 3pm so quite busy and I’m sure they have the ability to just bring it up a notch. Place was really clean too, so literally my only niggle was the food.
Cant fault the places, staff very attentive, cleared plates away when finished, quick turn around on tables. All in all fab service and the food AMAZING.Food: 4/5
