Order came incorrect - dips missing. Submitted the complaint. Email states someone will be in touch within 5 day. Not heard anyhong in 8 days now. No refund or anything for the missing items
We’ve been ordering here for quite a long time, but we will stop ordering from this location.nnWe order once a week, and out of those 4/5 times a month we order, there’s always one time where an item is missing or something is wrong. Due to the frequency, we are often calling up but the manager has absolutely no interest in resolving these issues. Due to an item missing yesterday, he said we would have our item delivered, nobody came. Then he rang up this morning and asked us to collect, and he would also give us another free pizza with the order. We went to collect, manager didn’t seem happy we actually turned up. After the pizza was made, he tried to avoid giving us our actual missing item. Then proceeded to give us the wrong item anyways when I pulled him up on it. I gave up and walked out, but nonetheless a complaint has gone to Domino’s themselves.nnThe food itself is usually good food, no issues with it being undercooked. Delivery drivers are typically nice. But a lot of issues with this location, would avoid and order at a different location, parking is terrible so collection is not easy at this store.

Went to the location after getting alert by mail that order is ready for pickup. Had to wait some time before someone acknowledged me. She could not find the order, walked away and ignored me. I had to call someone who seem to manage the place after waiting for some more time and had to show the mail with the item list before he located order in the warmer. The display in the front did not show my order as well.nnThree star is only because the food was good. Think they don't have enough staff to handle the volume and the ones there are not trained for customer service
Difficult to give this one a higher review at the moment as the quality control is so varied. We've had delivery from them a few times and it's almost a coin flip whether your pizza will be too thin and falling apart or brilliant as ordered. I think they just have too few staff and not enough training as we've had to wait almost 2 hours in some instances. It's a shame I can't rate of higher as the actual staff in there are very friendly I think there's just not enough of them unfortunately.
