Placed an order on just eat at 8.10pm on saturday. The time came through from just eat as delivery at 9.10pm. As it is a Saturday we accepted this as not too long a wait. Then we got a message from Just eat saying the time had been changed by the restaurant and would be delivered at 9.40pm. This is an hour and a half after we ordered it. I phoned the restaurant up and asked them why it was going to take an hour and a half and they explained they were very busy and there was nothing they could do about this. I understood that but asked to cancel the order as they had not started cooking ours yet. We didn't want to wait an hour and a half, and we didnt feel we should wait that long. When i asked to cancel the order they said that i would have to ring just eat as it was not their problem. I didnt want to call just eat, i just wanted to cancel the order, due to the amount of time it would take to be delivered. The gentleman on the phone then said 'do not order from us again' and put the phone down on me. 10 mins later just eat rang me to ask why i had cancelled the order. i explained everything to the lady and she agreed that waiting for that long is too long and because they hadnt started cooking the food yet, that cancelling was a valid thing to do. i then told her about the way the gentleman had spoken to me on the phone and she was deeply apologetic. I use Just Eat a lot and will continue to use them but i will NOT be ordering from Namasthe ever again.

the butter chicken and korma is exactly the same, no difference whatsoever even though i know its supposed to be different. the waiter insisted that it was different cause one has 'more butter'. they lied about having fresh apple juice as we got 'out of the box juice'. after taking the meal away, they disappared for more than 45 mins and we cant even call them to get the bill as the waiters were not present (mind you the restaurant was not that busy). we did not receive the tea that we ordered but were charged for it. when i complained about the tea and wait, the waiter got defensive and said it was not his responsibility to take care of in front of the house and there was a big table of diners, so they were prioritised. this experience has been the worst. i wont come back and do not recommend people to order butter chicken

My favourite in Macclesfield.Very tasty good quality food . friendly staff always find room for us would recommend highly

Had a lovely meal for 4 people and it was 45.00 well worth the money Staff excellent and food was great We will be coming again highly recommend
