They are always excellent with us. We order late and they deliver quickly. Great service and piping hot food!!!! We are up in the hills and they never complain. Lovely staff on the phone too. Thanks Lotus.

Food has always been good but ordering a meal for tea before I work a night shift and the delivery taking 90 minutes is completely unacceptable. Going to work hungry.
