Worst Nails Shop - No professionalism customer service. Please don’t Waste your money here. I been with My friend for nails . We got acrylic done and same design. They made us wait for more then 20 minutes then nails lady shaped my friend nails very short. We asked them few time will you Able to do or not. They said yes, because we could have gone somewhere else. When she started my nails she did not clean and cut nails I realised I said to her will you cut the nails she ignored then they speak Chinese or Korean they were talking about us. We knew because you understand when some one talking sht** about you. My friend end up crying. We get our nails done every few weeks. So we knew the feeling. They told us it will cost 40£ with acrylic design and my friend £35 but when we were paying they asked us to pay £90. When we asked them Why it changed they said to us because of design. They were laughing on us and talking about us seriously that’s not a customer service. A lady was waiting there for 30 minutes she walked off she was told for 10 minutes wait. And staff was talking and laughing when meanwhile she was waiting.  If I am paying for something then I except to get service but shops like these make us to not trust small shops or small businesses who get us in trap.  Please don’t waste your money go in primark - get done there. It’s more cheaper and better service.

I did not have a good experience at all. My nails are different lengths, shapes and thickness. I was cut with the drill multiple times and one of my fingers is still sore no apology or even acknowledgment that I was hurt. I was then clearly spoken about. Hygiene standards not great and it was freezing cold, with no heating at all.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

If I could’ve put 0 stars I would. This is one of the worst nail shops I’ve ever been to. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or made fun of in a different language. I wasted £45 for my nails to look like a 5 year old had done them. The lady doing my nails clearly had no idea what she was doing, what she did know was how to shout and laugh at customers with her colleagues. The worst ever! Stay away boycott this place! Had a manicure which was rushed! It was a simple French with gel is what I requested. I asked for two coats of base and was given one, my previous nail color which was red was still visible on the side! Less than 48 hours my nail peels off! I called to get it fixed and went in- the lady fixed it. Less than an hour later my nail paint lifts and cracks off. I call and get told to come back tomorrow. When I go I’m told I need to take care of my nails! I am an avid gel user on natural nail.  my nails stay on for a month with no chipping, lifting etc. I explained this and he just ignored what I had to say and told me not to talk strongly after accusing me of not taking care of my nails. He began fixing my nails by repainting on top of what was already there. 2 days later the same thing happened! I gave up going back. Long story short, I paid £27 for nails to last a week and parking. Could have got better wear from regular nail polish with a top and base coat. Truly disappointed and will not be returningServices:&nbsp;Manicure

. I have been coming this nail shop every month since the summer, simply bevause it’s near to my work so I can go in my lunch break. The nails are hit and miss and they are so rude especially Lee and this one other woman who has broken English and is small and peitite. Today I came back in the shop because a nail had came off 5 days after I had just got them done, not to mention it has gone green!!!! Anyway I said this but my main concern for now was getting the nail on for New Years then I’d have a break from acrylics, never have I ever had my nail go green from acrylics, I have been getting my acrylics for 4 years now with breaks in between my local is in redditch who are great but as mentioned earlier since summer I’ve had them done here the woman and lee were so rude they said my nail was already like that and the woman was being rude giving dirty looks, insisting I am lying and saying things in her language! I said I am not here to dispute whether My nail was like this before which I know for a fact it was not, are you going to fix my nail? They said yes but we have to charge you. 4 pounds for one nail that came off after 5 days of you doing them!!! I am so so disgusted and I will never return to the shop, every time I go into the shop I am already anxious as I know they are rude if I ask for something particular  which is stupid when I’m the one paying . This experience has topped it off! No customer service, no respect for customers! And god knows what they are putting in their acrylic.

I went here before Christmas to get my nails done, absolutely shocking service. One of my nails came off after a week of having it done which is abnormal as I get infills between 3-4 weeks and they stay on. When I went back to get it fixed the small petite woman was really rude to me insisting I needed an infill when I wanted one nail fixed. She then proceeded to speak to her colleague in her own language. They fixed the nail for free but another nail fell off a few days later. I will never be going back, a complete waste of £38!!!
