Try not to go for acrylic nails here as they are never the same length nails and do not last longer than a week before looking bad. 

I came in the other day just to get them painted, which I was also very annoyed with as they were dried with air bubbles all over the nail polish which I had to remove the nail varnish same day as getting them done, therefore wasted my money, not only that they charge £10 just for a change in polish, which I know is much cheaper in other places and I normally go elsewhere. 

Any time I’ve been in the staff are quite rude and the environment not very welcoming. I am sure they have done some good nails, but personally I am appalled by my experiences and very angry about my experience the other day with the poor nail polish. 

I would have gone in and asked for my money back If it wasn’t for the likelihood that they would just say no and not fix their  mistakes.

Very polite, with a friendly service. Been getting my nails done here for nearly 3 years and never had a problem! ☺️ I would recommend this place!

Staff were polite (but quiet) and efficient- £25 for full set of acrylics with normal polish is about average price.

Nails breaking off after a week, expensive and the customer service wasn't great. Will be avoiding in future.

Staff are friendly and pleasant enough, however not worth the £25 for a full set of acrylics. 

They work on a walk in basis, so are rushed and no care is taken when they do your nails. At a glance my nails look alright. However up close you can see they are unevenly shaped, they have been applied wonkily and the overall standard of them is fairly poor. 
The nail polish is cheap, and the colour selection is fairly poor. They lack neutral shades and mainly offer bold colours, many of which appear fairly neon. I guess it comes down to a matter of personal taste, but I would've prefered more options for neutral shades.
The facilities aren't great, nails dryers are a bit useless. Take ages to dry, my nails were put under a fan for 15 minutes, making the skin on my hands feel very dried out. And STILL, after 15 minutes, my nails came out fairly wet. Meaning they smudged and it was not corrected. It can also get fairly cramped when busy, which isn't a massive issue. But isn't a great environment to work/be in.

For the price, I would not come here again. I have been to other places and paid the same price for a much higher standard and finish of my nails. Same for service and facilities.
