I really wasn't happy with my experience in salon central Ipswich on Saturday 17th of march. I sat down with one of your colleagues, i picked my hair colour which she then went to mix up, came back to her then pasting this hair dye on my hair so quickly, I really felt like she was definitely in a rush, to then another colleague offering to help her out this dye on my hair. My head felt like it was being pulled from inside to the other as they were putting my dye on my hair, for them to get to the back of my hair where i felt like I was trying to hold my head from being pulled backwards. I do not have loads of hair, my hair is below my shoulders. Then I have my hair dye washed out, the girl who is then cutting my hair keeps looking at her watch nearly forgetting to cut the front part of my hair(I had to remind her). I didn't feel relaxed at all after the stressful day I had already had. I also felt like they really didnt want me in there and wanted to get me ouy as quick as possible. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done as I don't normally get to treat myself.

Love this salon, always get a hot drink given, staff attentive, always feel totally pampered upon leaving !
