although the staff were lovley and welcoming, my acrylic nails have fallen off after FOUR days of getting them done, they are ment to last 3 weeks... the woman next to me had also come in to get her gels re done after they had all chipped off after TWO days of getting them done. i will not be using boutique again.

First time having nails done here. Very professional and speedy service. Not rushed and nails looked great. Squeezed me in over the busy Christmas period too

Had a gel manicure with Fatima, my nails look perfect, very neat and tidy. I will definitely go there again.

Staff constantly moaned. I was the last customer of the day to get nails done, lady who did my nails said "thank god you're the last one" as I sat down. Really made me feel welcome...not! The lady who did my nails and what I assumed was the manager were constantly horrible about another staff member and moaning about customers. My nails weren't great either, one part wasn't painted properly and a couple nails hadnt been filed properly but by this point I didnt dare mention anything as I just wanted to leave.
