I absolutely love this nail salon!! Lovely ladies with exceptional customer service! Jasmine is amazing at what she does and really makes you feel welcomed. Had a lovely conversation with her for the hour & is super friendly! Asked for ombré nails and she delivered beyond my expectations! Love the shape particularly and always cleans up the nails perfectly from front to back. Walk-ins available however book ahead for a guaranteed slot. Overall, 10/10 from me and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed! Massive credit to Jasmine!

Really fantastic nail salon! I travel from South-east London especially to get my nails done here. The reason being because all the women who work here are some of the most professional, friendly, and talented nail technicians I’ve experienced. It’s so clean and the selection and quality of service has always been so consistent in the 1+ years I’ve been going there. It’s always 5* stars! I always enjoy coming here and bringing people, and the feedback is always the same - they see why I keep coming back to get my nails done here! Highly recommend!Services: Pedicure
I managed to get an appointment on the same day which was great. The lady who did my nails was good and very friendly. However, when I came to pay, the same lady said it’s cash only and I wasn’t informed of that on the phone. Like most people these days, I didn’t have cash on me so I asked her if I can go back home and wire her the money as I wasn’t carrying my bank card, so she then had to ask her boss who told her to ask me to leave ID so much for customer trust!. I didn’t have ID either so left my phone with them instead and had to go all the way back home and back to the salon to get cash. On top of that, when I entered back again there was a different lady at reception, i asked for my phone, and the lady said “fifty one please” before looking for my phone.. gives the impression of ‘money before customer’.. definitely not going back.. pity that my nails turned out nice.. and it maybe that they had someone not come back before, but the experience in the end wasn’t pleasant so I won’t be going back..
So I left a review which was truthful to how I’ve been feeling about this business weeks ago and it turns out I was not far from wrong. I called to leave a complaint and progress to make amends because I move on with time and I don’t hold grudges. The phone call I had showed me, indeed I’m not a part of this community even though I spend a healthy amount here. To avoid feeling anxiety and the gaslight feeling, I’m happily moving on to find another nail community who will validate my experience as a black woman - this is important, especially as a woman that cares/supports for the Asian nail community because they work really hard to beautify everyone, but if I leave a nail shop crying time n time again and I call to discuss the problems, to only be met with “you are rude” - “your tone” - these are all aggressions you say to black women who are speaking their truth. My experiences will not be invalidated, nor silenced. Well ladies we all know there’s no resolution when characteristics start interfering, I did not feel listened too, rather felt animosity when it’s unethical. In the beginning I took this experience personally but now I’m wiser. I wish you all the best with your business. Apologies, that I’m eloquent in my explanation but I promise there’s no rudeness here. Pure honesty from a woman that has spent £££ on services. Thank you.
Happy with the service I received. Was served by a lovely lady called Kimmy, she knows her job so well! She was bubbly and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable as a first time customer. Very happy with the results of my shellac mani and pedi, the neatest I’ve ever had, they’re really take their time to make sure the job is done to the highest standard. Only point I'd make is nail polish is every so slightly chipping away just in a few days of getting them done, could be the quality of the nail polish, I’m not sure, but other than that I’m really happy. Best nail salon in hackney! Jasmine is definitely amazing she would make sure you leave happy. Long lasting acrylic/shellac. Great customer service, definitely recommend.
Terrible place to do your nails it hasn’t even been a week and my nail started chipping! To top it off the customer service is TRASH they are more friendly and prioritise “regulars” than welcoming new customers which is dumb but anywho, I’d rather spend money where I’m wanted. Will be going back to my lovely nail lady anyway. Will never step foot in that atrocity shop again!Services: Pedicure

Honestly waisted my time! me and my sister booked beginning of the week for our holiday and when we arrived they kept us waiting took many over walks in and never saw us or communicated anything… why would you treat people like this .. never coming back here again !
