I have been a happy Mystic Moments customer for a number of years and have never been disappointed by the products. The quality of all the oils I have purchased can only be described as excellent, along with the quality of service from the pleasant and efficient staff.

Ordered Essential Oils 13 November. Still not here on 27th November. Customer services tell me to wait another 5 to 7 working days. Declined refund. Won’t be ordering again. Update- got refund after saying I would report matter to Consumer Rights and seek refund through my credit card company. Goods never arrived. Doubt they were ever sent!

This company is deadful!!! Never order from them. Their products aren't anything great but they forget to tell u about extremely large customs fees and charge crazy amounts for shipping. I bought a $6 item and paid almost $50 in shipping. $50!!!! Their customer service was horrendous and when I explained that their website did not describe shipping they stated I should have known better and it is 'implied!' Never order from them. There are many other company with just the same product that give better customer service.

Total scam artists. I ordered 9 different essential oils. Most appeared to be the poorest quality oils I have ever come across. One of which is definitely not what they say it is! Bay West Indies Oil. The bottle is filled with Lemon oil! Phoned to get it returned and inform them there's an issue with it, that it is not what they think. They denied there is anything wrong with it and that it's meant to smell like that, absolutely ridiculous, they very much know what they are doing clearly and are trying to con people. They said I can return it at my cost, and pretty much implied that a refund is not likely. The other oils either smelled very old or cut with something. And they refused to accept a return of them because the seal had been broken.
