Bought the port advent calendar for my husband who was completely thrilled with the surprise. I thought I’d missed the first of December but delivery was extremely quick. The advent box is sturdy and looks nice. They’re small bottles but perfect to try the different ports. It’s been a lovely evening treat in the run up to Xmas. Definitely recommend this company too, communication was great and very efficient.
Absolutely great people to buy from - very quick handling of enquiries, Dia managed to e-mail me pictures of the bottles i was after and allowed me to reserve and order online. Prompt delivery and very good packaging. I went for standard delivery and to my surprise my bottles were delivery the next day and with careful packaging. Most importantly - the vintage wines I bought were incredible! Highly recommend, Vintage Wine & Port is now on my monthly purchase list!

Absolutely great company to buy from - very quick handling of enquiries, prompt delivery and very good packaging. unfortunately, despite the careful packaging, casing arrived cracked, within hours they posted a replacement which arrived next day - great customer care. Most importantly - the port I bought was gorgeous! Highly recommended.
Great selection of port - ordered a 60 year old port for my father’s birthday. Arrived well packaged. They have a great selection and the offers seem to be very good compared to other sites
never touch this incompetent outfit, ordered rare expensive tawny port, was told it was in 'deep storage' bit would be with me within three days extra, Then, there was no such item in stock, seemingly never had been! It was for very special occasion, now missed. Advice, only deal with reliable companies. One star is an exaggeration, I hope to get my money back some time. The company's response to my bad review, compounds their duplicity, I was willing to wait for a few more days while they retrieved the item from 'Deep Storage' ,as they put it, in fact they emailed me this am to say they never had the item anyway, I would have been happy to wait for it. Not even a suggestion of a suitable alternative! was made. Andrew Hill
Great Service and Products - Website easy to use and they have a great range of port. Purchased a 1970 Fonseca port in a gift box for my father. Bottle arrived three days later and was in perfect condition. My father is delighted.
I have been a customer for several years and have always had the most pleasant experience dealing with everyone at the store. The Port selection is amazing and I have never been disappointed despite having had some bottles shipped long distances.
Would never use this company again. The owner insulted my wife calling her a “silly woman” during a phone conversation. This is all because our vintage bottle of 1965 wine was corked and not fit for human consumption. The owner took umbrage to our criticism and he will do to any criticism; he did his best not to honour the three-month guarantee which we were 2 weeks over which sums up the level of customer service and lack of satisfaction guarantee We were eventually “partly” compensated with two bottles of very mediocre Italian wine which would have been a fraction of the price we paid. The gift box was cheap and nasty and not worth the additional cost, though people can easily get silk and satin mixed up. It also concerned us that the wine supplied was not professionally endorsed by a wine affiliation or federation for authenticity but maybe we missed something in the information as they do seem to have very complex small print T&Cs
I live in the US, and recently ordered a bottle of port from Vintage Wine and Port Ltd. The quick response and helpfulness from Rachael was beyond what I could have asked for. Every step of the way, any question or concern I may have had she answered and resolved. Knowing that is the type of service Vintage Wine and Port offers, I will gladly recommend and use them again. If I could give 6 stars I would. Hope this helps any persons interested in purchasing from this location.
