Love coming here, Perkins is a proper motor factors shop owned by people that actually know what they are on about. Good quality products at good prices, never let me down. A must if you're in the area.
Excellent customer service. Friendly and efficient. Good communication.
Received a parking ticket at 9.22pm on a Thursday night parked outside the shop, understand that you don't want people parking there during trading hours but at 9.22pm is just petty and unfriendly. Not the type behaviour to encourage people come to Fordingbridge and shop at independent shops.
We took my daughter's bike into Perkins to be serviced and also have the gears looked at. The stand was also failing as it was one fixed to the back of the bike rather than one in the middle of the frame, meaning the bike toppled over at the slightest gust of wind. The bike was fixed with new gears fitted, new stand, a full service and a general tweak and tidy up. Fantastic price and friendly service from a good local retailer.
