The boys at this branch go above and beyond,! Paddy has helped us out so many times when I have needed a favour, Andy is always spot on with customer service and makes me feel part of the family! Scott in the yard is always straight to me asking what I need and always has good attitude, would defo recommend this branch as I use a lot in the chain but these boys always look after you
Very poor first experience with this branch. ANDY seems to think it's perfectly OK to speak to customers with his could not care attitude. If he does not like the job then give someone else the opportunity who does not tarnish the name of the company. Shame there are still individuals like this in customer facing roles. Will be letting alot of our trade customers know not to use Myers as Manningham Concrete are better to deal with.

Great Service Order some materials on Friday evening. Received a phone call first thing Monday with a delivery day and delivered promptly on Wednesday. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and professional. My wife was in and he took great care dropping a large bag of gravel exactly where we asked. Could ask for more, thankyou.
Friendly, helpful service from beginning to end. With limited experience of buying in quantity from building suppliers, I selected Myers, based on some excellent reviews about customer service, which I can only confirm and seek to reinforce. On visiting the base in Thornton my wife and I I received the necessary help and advice relating to sub bases and gravel from several helpful gentlemen, and were offered a very competitive quotation along with free delivery within a few days. Whilst the delivery was a little later than I had hoped, it was deposited by a particularly helpful and friendly driver, Shiraz, who tried his very best to manoeuvre my delivery into a convenient place, despite my very awkward drive. He did all he could to accommodate my wishes, and expertly lined the bags up. His friendly, chatty nature mirrored my experience at the base in Thornton where Paddy and James were two of the men whose names I recall, and who helped answer my questions. Thank you.
This company are amazing. The Thornton branch staff are extremely helpful/polite and out of their way to support customers. I am a disabled person who would rate higher if possible. Their support and help given to me was outstanding.
Visited today for some "pebbles' for the garden. Great selection, brilliant prices. Very helpful assistants who brought what we needed and put it all into the car for us. Highly recommended.
Ordered through Myers website and it was very easy. Order was ready next day and been Informed by one of the staff members. Good communication and helpful.
If your wanting pure and simple building materials then these guys are the people to see. I always use the Thornton Road depot as its my nearest one. I have always found them very friendly, helpful., and full of tips and information should you need it. I can't compare prices with the the likes of B&Q and Wicks, for me it's good service and helpful if you need to chew any thing over. And they will deliver too.
Had quite e few building materials from Thornton branch of Myers over last couple of years. As a DIYer I don't purchase as much as a tradesman but, I have always had excellent service from Myers, very competitive prices, very good deliveries, drivers always polite and helpful. I would advise any DIYer wanting building materials to consider Myers, you won't be disappointed.
