Ordered a bulk bag of sand on Tuesday 1st May in ample time for the Bank Holiday weekend. Delivery was confirmed for Friday 4th May, so waited at home all day. Then late on Friday, 4:08pm I received a call saying they were too busy. No explanation, but delivery promised for Tuesday 8th May after the Bank Holiday, again no delivery on Tuesday so order subsequently cancelled and order placed with Naylor Myers. Utter disgrace and no explanation despite accepting delivery for after the Band Holiday. Small site and small on customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE OR USE AT YOUR PERIL
Small yard so doesn't stock everything the main depots do. Staff are great and can order anything from main site in town for collection delivery
Ordered hardcore and flags here this morning and the customer service was the best I have seen for a long time. Well done!!
