i am extremely nervous of dentists and had not been to a dentist for about 20yrs, hence my teeth were not in the best condition! from the moment i walked through the door everything was done to reassure me, the receptionists are very understanding, i wasn't kept waiting for my appointment and i have since seen both dentist and hygienist who i can't praise highly enough! i was talked through everything that would be happening, i never felt rushed, and they were happy to answer any questions i had, i think i will always be a a bit nervous of the dentist but i am now not as afraid to go, and i am now happy to show my smile again! :
Appointment booked for today with ms.Mansoor, who has been great, on arrival was told that she had left & no available dentist till september. Its very poor that no one rang to cancel my appointment. This practise doesnt seem to be able to keep dentists! And not the first time this has happened and there are only 2 dentists anyway. I'm fed up of it now so joining another practise.
Dr Mansour is the best dentist I have had work with my teeth. Calm, friendly, careful to explain, careful to numb completely, confident and assured when working and so the job is over much quicker than I'm used to. Wouldn't want to have to go to a different dentist.
The dentist I've been seeing here is the best dentist I've had. She's really nice and has helped me so much. Very sadly she's leaving and I'm really gutted. They seem to be struggling for dentists at this practice and often when I have rang up needing to see a dentist asap, they struggle to get you in as last time I rang they were down to one dentist only. I hope the dentist in get next is as nice as my last. The 5 stars was for my dentist that's leaving.
a very busy practice,but everyone is very pleasant and professional,i have seen three dentist's at this practice all very patient and know what they are doing.
Never any appointments when you need them. Only have 2 dentists working from it and never have any emergency appointments. Don't work Friday's! Too bad if you have toothache on a Friday!!
useless reception team ...nobody will answer the phone ....phone in for a checkup 4th of December 2017 they said somebody can see me in March 2018 what a joke
