Arrogant reception staff, no ones ever available to pick up the phone or to even speak to in the actual dentist building. They say they are on dinner but the sign outside says different times
This practice, in my experience, is a credit to NHS dentistry. The staff are very professional, very obliging and very caring.
Dirty dentists , don’t wash their hands or use correct equipment , management hyde complaints under the carpet and remove patients off the books if they dare highlight issues. Poor treatment , expensive private treatment-avoid this place - someone will end up seriously Ill here

I would just like to take the time to thank both the receptionist ladies and also the dentist and his assistant. All of team were helpful and professional from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their caring and individualised treatment I have received. Both the receptionist and the dentist team were courteous enough to listen to my problem and tailor the treatment I required to my individual needs. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone as I had a emergency appointment at 2.50 and I was 25 minutes late not my fault n they was very helpful polite and very understanding thanks again for everything
