I had an emergency appointment after being in agony from Friday night. I’d have no sleep and managed to get an app for Monday morning. I was in tears when I arrived and the receptionist gave me a tissue and asked me was I okay, they was very kind and caring. She asked me to fill out a form and the minute I finished they had me straight in. The dentist himself was lovely and attentive. He attended to my pain first of all injecting pain relief and once it had kicked in we discussed the issue and treatment. I was extremely fearful of the dentist due to last experience of another dentist touching a nerve when I had a tooth removed a few years prior completely making my fear of the dentist worse. I explained this to the dentist and he did his best to assure me he would manage my pain and refer me somewhere else if he could not carry the work out. It was my worst fear I had to have a tooth out. He did it and I didn’t feel a thing. I left feeling so happy and relieved. This is the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic, from the reception team to the dental care team.

Had an emergency appointment tonight, lovely and clean surgery, dentist and dental nurses are friendly and reassuring! I’m a nervous patient and needed a wisdom tooth removed, the dentist had it out within minutes and reassured me and explained everything as she was doing it. 10/10 would recommend this practice. Thank you

Never had a problem staff very friendly Been looking after my teeth for a couple of years

I really thought this was a good dentist. I had to cancel my last appointment when covid 19 first started but the lady on reception didn't warn me if I cancelled this appointment then I wouldn't be registered anymore. I wasnt aware of this until I phoned a couple of month ago only to be told I'm not registered anymore and now I can't get any other dentist. I was not aware that I had cancelled appointments in the past.

I'm leaving this review after my recent treatment at Church Street Dental Practice with Mr Butt.  Simply to say from the initial phone call making the appointment to having successful treatment every aspect of the experience was excellent.  I am an anxious patient and the whole experience was dealt with in a professional and caring manner. Would highly recommend the practice.

Had an emergency appointment here, got treated like something on the bottom of the blonde female dentists shoe. Absolutely disgusting. Should not treat patients like that.  Edit in response...... Convenient there's no record of that.

Very, very bad experience with dentist about how much is it. Bad medical diagnosis, the patient suffered by this butcher. She said that the tooth was to be saved and it turned out that it was to be removed. Disposing of patients, lack of interest, understanding is not human. We will SEND a complaint to the Minister of Health. All is so much expensive as well. We definitely do not recommend it be careful...

Had an emergency appointment today and had to have a tooth extracted, I have had 2 other teeth removed in the past via different dentists and this dentist was fantastic, from xray to checking the roots, felt no discomfort even having the injections previous dentists murdered and had the tooth out in no time, I can now sleep again again night, the staff here are so friendly as soon as you come through the door, strongly recommended!!! Thank you guys  EDIT: Reading other reviews after posting this one I can confirm they are not disgusting it is very clean and very hygienic, also to the people complaining of being refused treatment for late appointments, I run my own business and I would refuse also if someone was late regardless of why, these people also have a life and a schedule to work to, of we all just said 'go on then' this would effect other appointments, anyways rant over it was a fantastic place simple as!

Just been had a tooth out they put you at ease didn't feel much pain Excellent service I will definitely go there again without any fear
