The same manageress who verbally abused the other review on here she took mick out of my medical conditions on the phone and said I was  disgusting etc so I told her she was obviously an ignorant small minded bi... if that was the case and I said you can stuff your dentists and got a much better one now where the staff are actually polite and empathetic. This disgusting closed minded manageress then rang the police on me which involved a polcice officer banging on my door and calling me a liar about the whole thing and she refused give her badge number so had do a police report etc to her inspector and guess what this manageress been abusing others she's obviously just a small minded ignorant drama queen. I can't stand liars like that who cause trouble for people. She be like all sweetness and light to police oh I'm so professional and blah blah blah etc people that make me sick . Especially if they work in nhs or treatment places I heard far too many abuse of patients this year to last a life time.

I visited here for an appointment today and  despite being somewhat phobic of dentists the one I saw here was amazing. However when I went downstairs to book in for further treatment I was greeted by an incredibly rude manageress on reception, she tried to charge me for my dental treatment and I explained my circumstances regarding tax credits and that I was exempt, despite my honesty she didn't believe me. In front of a captive waiting room audience she pretty much shouted "Right well I'll put this through for you but if I find out you're lying to me then we WILL fine you £100". I left angry and completely embarrassed. With a manageress as vitreous and rude as her I won't be going back.

Excellent NHS dental surgery (they no doubt do private as well). They take their time to explain procedures to you and very good with difficult patients.
