I’ve been going to Sarah and the team at My Purple Garage since they opened and I’d never go anywhere else. They have always been completely honest about what does or doesn’t need to be done and how much it will cost from the out right without extra adding bits here and there. You always get a warm welcome when you arrive along with a cuppa and doughnut if you want one. I will always recommend them to anyone asking for a good garage

I've been a customer of My Purple Garage for over 10 years now, and during that time I've referred countless friends and colleagues as a garage that provides great service and honest advice at a sensible price.

I've found during this time that the service the team offer has been above and beyond. I've always been able to drop my car in and get a free non-obligation investigation as to whats wrong, often if its a trivial fix its been done there and then for me.

Work has always been carried out in the agreed timescales and on the odd occasion when unexpected issues have occurred in the workshop, they have gone out of their way to minimise the inconvenience to me.

**WARNING*** MORE BAD REVIEWS KEEP SCROLLING DOWN *****I wouldnt even give one star but I had to to write this do not use this garage I took my car there for a DPF problem they did work on it however then told me I had a injector problem so I paid for that as well as a new DPF but after fitting the new injector my car did not start at all they refuse to give me any documents stating these problem from diagnostic test I then wanted another opinion and they offered to buy my car I refused this offer and they got all defensive with me I took car to picadors and they told me I needed a new engine I paid just over 1100 to My Purple Garage to then be told by picadors I needed a new engine so why they fitted an injector was beside them this company will add more work they offer a free diagnostic test but never show you papers to prove fault and when ask for the old parts so I could investigate more SARAH shut me down and refused to give me it and called police or pretended as I waited 45 mins considering police station is across the road do not use these I have also came to aware since by ex employees of this company they rip people of and not to use them they also aggreed with me about the manager SARAH who is the one that will lie and make her employees lie for her she is aggressive and a nasty women be warned

My Purple Garage are absolutely great! These guys and girls know their stuff. They helped me out a couple of weeks ago when I had problems and needed help after my car died 48 hours before I was due on holiday. They went out of their way to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible. Thank you My Purple Garage!
