Really unhappy and cant believe I have even been asked for this review. I booked a telephone consultation for 10:10 today. After not being called by 10:15 I decided to phone in, just in case I had got it wrong who was calling who. I was first told that the computer was down and then heard the conversation in the background about whether Gareth was in surgery or on annual leave??? I'd firstly suggest getting the story right but maybe take a look at your booking system as it clearly doesn't work. My father, who the appointment was for, has a poor memory and I had take the morning off work to be available on the consultation with him. We're really not impressed!
From booking the consultation through to the treatment I cannot fault it the staff the environment everthing it was so relaxing, I went in limping and in pain I came out feeling like a knew man, keep up the amazing work, thank you
Mr Stables carried out my ACL reconstruction hamstring graft / part synthetic, now over 6 months post operation I’m very happy with the results to date. Mr Stables was easy to talk too, professional, provided clear information, was able to answer any queries and explained well the Pro's and Con's for the surgery for my ACL injury. I was happy with the experience / service provided, admin team Karen / Paul very helpful too
I first contacted Gareth back in January as I have been having pain in both of my knees for the past few years now in which the last few months from around October 2020 the pain became unbearable and many Doctors put it down to gout crystals that would come in flares and then ease off. Gareth was quick to respond and get me a consultation within 48 hours of me originally contacting him. Gareth was quick to diagnose my issues which I have been trying to get to the bottom of for years and I have been told multiple different diagnosis over the years and had no resolution or end result. Gareth was very professional in his approach and sore to me quickly. He arranged MRI scans and also injections to solve my joint issues. Its now March and my knee joints have not felt this comfortable in a long time, Gareth and his team keep in regular contact to review my progress and I cant thank them enough. David M.
5 star service from a 5 star Surgeon! Mr Stables really put us at ease, took his time explaining everything to us and really looked after us when it came to my knee operation and aftercare. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending him to anyone! Karen & Paul in the office were always on the end of the line with my endless questions, always calm, willing to listen and professional. Great team!
I signed up for Mr Gareth Stables information emails on behalf of mother . We both found the information extremely informative and beneficial. I really appreciated that chance to have a 10 minute telephone discussion with Mr Stables and found him very friendly, professional , reassuring and knowledgeable and excellent service, thankyou .

Initially started off good with a complementary phone call from Gareth - but trying to get follow up appointment totally impossible - emails not replied to phone calls not returned.
