Cannot recommend this place enough!! It was recommended to me by a friend who had an excellent experience with them and I have to agree! I took my laptop to be fixed due to an issue/break in the screen and I wasn’t sure how it had happened. He was able to explain to me how the damage had occurred the plug-pin had impacted the screen whilst they were both in my bag and order a new part. Despite not going until the late afternoon, I was able to pick up my laptop the next morning as the screen was delivered by 10am and the labour was completed in less than 90mins!! Super friendly staff providing quick and efficient work - HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
Couldn't recommend more! After my friend was looking for computer service we stumbled upon this place and I tell everyone about it ever since! The staff is attentive and genuine, and even if they won't be able to help you, you'll get a great piece of advice from them My laptop stopped working when not plugged in, and it turned out to be ruined battery due to the use of universal charger, once it was in stock I got it repaired on the spot together with a new charger suitable for my model Special regards to Mr. Mark! May your Amazon never be late again
Lovely staff, I thought there may be an issue with my laptop as it wasn't charging and I had an assignment due in the next few days. Luckily it was just an issue with the charger and they quickly provided me with a new one! They have a range of laptop chargers in stock, that may not be so easy to get hold of otherwise. Took my Lenovo Legion 5 in as it was bricked and they diagnosed and repaired it in a very reasonable time frame. Very good value for money and I will definitely be using them again if it breaks again in the future. Thanks guys
I went here to get my gaming laptop's fans cleaned, as well thermal paste "refill", in order to combat the overheating issues my machine was having. This process took only a day, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining all the details of the process to me and answering all of my questions, as well as just having a friendly conversation with me, making me less anxious to leave my laptop for a day. After i got my machine back, it was in an absolutely beautiful condition, looked and felt as if new. I was recommended further actions i should take to prevent the issues, as well as tips and recommendations regarding the further care for my laptop. I tested it out right there in the store, and had no issues with overheating as i did prior to the cleaning. Back home, i continued the testing, and am so happy to report that all of the issues I had are gone. This feels like complete magic, and i couldn't be happier. 5 stars, greatly recommend this place to anyone.
I broke my laptops screen and went to them to get it fixed. They were super nice and friendly. Talked me through the process and got it done in one working day. Also gave me advice on how to keep it safe which was appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Total savior for my work laptop, wouldn’t charge at all have tried multiple charger still not working, turns out it’s the charging portal supply can’t remember the name lol that is broken! Very nice service, definitely saved my day and my laptop! Recommend to everyone!

My HP laptop was getting slow, could not download, and was generally frustrating, I approached B2K Computers. The gentleman was helpful, checked the system and removed some junks and my system was restored! I asked for my bill, and I was told that B2K doesn't charge for such a service. I could not believe my ears!! I'll recommend them any day.
