Must go if you want to have some good Kerala food. We had biryani, fried rice, ghee rice, chicken curry to name a few and most of it was good and tasted near authentic. The only thing that I didn't like was garlic chicken. The food options are affordable as well. Recommended
Was craving for chattichoru in a really long time, and found this place serves fish curry meals since chartichoru is available only on weekends. The portion size was good enough. We ordered the chicken 65 as a starter as well. Will come back here for chattichoru soon. Great staff, to mention.
Don’t try kerala meals from here. We ordered kerala meals served in banana leaf and they charged 20 for that and the item was not in their menu as well. Even taste was pathetic and all curries were made up. The menu shows here not updated as well.
Very typical local Kerala cuisine. Reminds me of home. It was my first visit and I was quite impressed by the freshness of the food. The atmosphere is not much to talk about but is very clean and serves the purpose. The staff was very friendly and respectful but do bare in mind to carry some cash if you need to tip them. The prices are very pre pandemic and absolutely spot on. One dish suffices the craving for 2. I could see the chef get supplies locally. Reaching there might be a bit of a hassle if you're used to tube but do give it a try if you want to enjoy some piece of homeliness. I would definitely go again and try more items. Thank you for your service and great food.
Lovely Keralan food and friendly service. I went there around 5pm on Saturday and was not busy at all. The staff were very friendly and polite. I had masala tea and masala dosa. The tea was very nice and had that typical Indian spice notes. The dosa was lovely , accompanied by Sambar and coconut chutneys. It was all very tasty , especially the Sambar, which had a very authentic taste. I can definitely recommend this restaurant for someone who fancies some Kerala food.
Food was amazing on our 1st visit to this place. However, after the 2nd visit it lacked the same enjoyment. There is a variety of south Indian food on the menu and certainly the masala dosa comes at the top of my personal preference. Prices are reasonable and seating is comfortable.Food: 4/5
The food was very delicious and authentic. We thoroughly enjoyed the flavoursome food. My personal favourites are pomfret polichadhu, kerala parota and their chicken gravy.
Not served drinking water at first and served after several request. Also non vegitarian food I ordered was not upto the expectations. Quantity of side dishes were very less and hesitate to serve second and told like this is limited .
Tried their porotta, beef fry and duck roast... I must say when it comes to the taste, its one of the best south Indian restaurant I have been to, in the whole UK... If you are a South Indian, especially a keralite, i would suggest to try this place out... Cheers...
Best Indian restaurant tasted after a very long time. All the dishes were great and very friendly staff as well. Will visit again soon. Vegetarian options: You could get all vegetarian Indian dishes here
