Avoid this garage at all costs! A very good friend of mine, unfortunately went to this garage a number of times to have work done on her car. Each time the car came out with more wrong with it than when it went in, and I have seen this first hand, I had to put bits of the car back together and they hadn't. What made things worse was my friend has a young child and they were clearly aware of this with the child seat in the back, you could hardly miss it come on! Garages like this make my blood boil and esp when they take my friend for a ride. I'll be making sure that she never returns here again, as thankfully she has found another garage, further away, but if need comes to it we will be towing her to avoid Murdoch Auto Services.

Where do I begin with this one. I used to take my car to this mechanic to get an mot. The next time I had to take it was when the clutch cable snapped on my car. He charged me £82 for a self adjusting cable which only costs £34 from dealership, he then changed a filter I didn't know about or asked him to, which took the bill upto £152. When I went to pick up the car I didn't notice until I got home, the scuttle panel from when he had the wipers off was broken, the other side wasn't put back on properly, there were scratches all over the front wing and bonnet. A week later I was hearing a terrible noise, on further inspection it turned out this mechanic hadn't put the wheel back on properly, there was a gap between the hub and the wheel. If that had come off at 70mph who knows what might have happened. Then I also discovered when he had the sump guard off-he hadn't put it back up properly which meant it was rubbing off the alternator belt and the battery wasn't charging properly. Absolute robber, charging over the top prices, for shoddy work. Never going back to him again, everytime my car came back something was broken and there was knocks and bangs. Save yourself money-find someone else.
