They have not updated their opening times for Covid so turned up after traveling across the city and it was closed when advertised that it was open
The two times I've gone to this establishment I received terrible customer service. The first time I went I had ordered and paid for my food and drink online for collection. When I arrived at the time for collection my food was not ready, I was left standing there for 10 minutes until I went over to the woman at the counter and told her, she said they had no record of my order. I showed her the confirmed email and receipt I received from the site. The woman said she didn't get this order and then shouted for my order to be made. In all, I had to wait 20 minutes, when all I wanted was to pick up my order and go. I suggest Munchies check their online platform so this doesn't happen to others. The second time I went, I was again left standing for 10-15 minutes. I tried to catch the attention of the servers throughout this time to give my order but they ignored me. I then went to another counter to pay for a bottle of water and told the cashier what I also wanted to order. She told me to go back to the other counter and order. I told I had been standing there for 10-15 minutes but no one took my order, the woman rudely laughed and then shouted my order. Once again I had wasted a lot of time in this place, all for a bap. The only positive I can say is that the food quality is decent, but this is not worth going to because the service is poor.
On the good side, they're usually quick, but on other hand half of the time lack the ingredients for what they advert. The last four times I went there they lacked of something to fulfill my order, and ended up with something different. Chives, especially, must be on the brink of extinction in Ireland...
First time going to this establishment, and the service was standard, nothing too special. The seating is non existent in the wet weather. But the food ! Oh my god the sandwich ! Amazing ! It as delish enough for me to want more as soon as it ended . The coffee is lovely . I recommend the Monster Munch sandwich ! So very good !
Great new cinema complex with great choice of food to choose from. Really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely recommend it.
Munchie Brunchie sandwich is the mother of all hangover cures.
Good selection, fresh annd friendly staff
Hit and miss some days good and some days bad
It's all about the Munchie Brunchie.
