Nothing fancy here, basic toilet, washing room with shower, fresh water and somewhere to wash utensils. That being said if your looking for some where quiet and/or as a over nighter then this is ideal. Planes can be loud going overhead but it's not like that's constant Awesome wee place.

Very good and well kept campsite. It's situated just outside Glasgow and really easy to travel back and forth to.My wife ,sister her partner and myself stayed here for the Biffy Clyro gig and it was perfect. Will definitely be back to stay here for future gigs or visits to Glasgow. On site shower , toilets and wash area so really handy.

Small, quiet, tidy. Note that this is basically just a few pitches behind a commercial farm with a small toilet and shower block with no additional campground services and facilities, but it is extremely clean and very convenient to the city. Perfect stopover for touring.

A lovely site, friendly and helpful, less than half hour's drive from Glasgow centre and perfect for visiting the surrounding area - only a short walk to the lake and country park, ideal for cycling too. Facilities are well kept and exceptionally clean. Beautiful views of the country side (I especially loved seeing the lights of Glasgow at night on one side of the farm road, in contrast to the darkness of surrounding countryside). The Virgin Active gym is only half a mile's walk, and we couldn't have wished for a warmer welcome.

Visiting the campsite during the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games it was surely a lot different from its everyday image. But I got to see it a day before the games started and again during the high times. Whilst obviously the second night wasn't "quiet" as the place was swarming with Games guests at about three times its usual size, it showed remarkable organisation talent to keep everything running smoothly with extra toilets and a shower container, staff still friendly and everything squeaky clean. The farm is a backdrop that is a bit bland rather than idyllic, a skip hire runs out of a big hall, but the view and environs are green and pleasant, and friendliness and cleanliness obviously a constant. An ideal base for Glasgow.
