I had an appointment with my autistic son and his carer took him to his ashma review and the nurse was very rude and disrespectful she had no understanding for his needs and she said to him e.g ''why arent you wearing wearing a mask'' and my autistic son explained that he had ashma and she rudely said ''there's no excuse''

Very helpful staff. I went away on holiday without my prescription tablets. I spoke to the pharmacy staff on the phone, within a couple of hours they had arranged a prescription and e mailed me so I could collect my tablets at a local pharmacy. Great service many thanks. Rik Casstles

Outstanding! Great staff, good capable doctors and the most wonderful nurses, altogether really friendly and helpful. I've been with this surgery for over 10 years now and they've always gone out of their way to make sure all my family and I are well cared for and they've never let us down. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

This surgery or rather the staff in the office are a joke. The manager Loyise seems to have such an attitude. I'm a type one diabetic and nee to the area and need medical supplies but they refused I N initially to let me register because I had no proof of address. I had to get NHS England to instruct them to accept me without but even now they were being difficult especially when I need medication to allow me to survive. I would not recommend them. They are responsible for patients health and wellbeing and yet they seem not to care in the slightest. Whatever you do don't use them they as I say are a joke.

Terrific medical and support staff. Always helpful and the medical staff really take an interest. Changed from a Hereford based surgery and never looked back.
