My son needed to be seen on Friday afternoon. We had a triage call back within half an hour and was seen by a nurse practitioner within an hour. It can take a while to get routine appointments but I am sure that is a common issue. Overall very good.

Very caring staff who go above and beyond - but long wait times in the waiting room! The surgery's reception staff are helpful and friendly. The triage system is brilliant - so if you have an immediate problem it may be they can get you a prescription done straight away - or get you in to see the duty doctor. Scheduling an appointment results in looooong waiting periods - but - they are busy...and if it's urgent they will fit you in same day. Finally, I've spent a lot of time in the waiting room - and I am impatient - so that's a struggle for me! Again, it's just one of those things. They are busy. Have to say - the fact that they are so responsive in an acute situation is all that really matters to me - bottom line - I'd recommend this surgery highly.

If you are not dieing then you cannot have proper treatment you needs to come back again...when they take blood not sterilising your hand what is dangerous .....my mom had 184 blood pressure and when I asked to see the doctor they said there's appointment only for tomorrow when in a waiting room was only one person waiting to see a doctor...
