Very good, fast and very reasonable on price. Always phone up to check your ok with the work that needs to be done. Car is always cleaned I side and out prior to being picked up. Also really helps that the have courtesy cars you can use for a small fee.

Avoid! Purchased an Audi here and noticed there was a rattling noise when I started the engine when cold. I called up and they were happy to look at it but decided they could not find an issue. After investigation they thought they knew what it was and changed several parts, put in claims with the warranty company but yet the issue was still there. I had been down 8 times to bring my car in to get resolved. Had the owner (forgot his name) out the phone down on me several times. I had done some extensive research online and spoke to family regarding this issue who all suggested it could be the Dual Mass flywheel which is the problem. I mentioned this to the garage who advised me this is not the case and not linked and would be a very big job. Which got me thinking, they dont want to do it. After phone calls and visits they decided to change the flywheel. Guess what? It fixed the problem. When I they looked into previous MOTs and services which were done the paperwork from then which was in the possession of the garage states "Rattling from flywheel". A shocking experience and very bad service from this place so I would avoid! They had the cheek to call me weeks later asking me to send them an email so they could claim money back for warranty for the other things they checked and changed so they wouldn't be out of pocket!! I would not even take my car there for a free service or MOT! I wish I knew the Customer Rights act 2015 then as I would have got a refund!

Brought an Audi A6 from Mark almost a year ago for a 13 plate very reasonable price and good service traded my A4 in for this and offered a good priced in the part ex deal the A6 looks and feels brand new 👍🏽

My family and I have been dealing with Mark for 25 years and wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. Feel I have to comment based on the strange reviews on here. Nothing is too much trouble and I always find him professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Not sure what some people expect. I have also bought and traded in cars with him over the years and again no complaints.
