The choice of sweets is fantastic. It's a shame that the same can't be said for there customer service. Debbie, the customer service assistant, seemed more interested in talking to a friend than serving my son, even though he was halfway through choosing what he wanted from the pick and mix section. What really annoyed me though, was that when my son very politely said excuse me, she just held her hand up to him and carried on talking. She did this not just once but twice! Literally the worst customer service I have ever received.
A bit disappointed. My wife treated me to a mixed sweet jar. For something that was £22 it was basically just a few big bags of haribo in a jar. Could have just gone to tesco and get the same for a couple of quid.
They were so helpful making sure they could offer the sweets that didn't have my son's allergies. Thanks again.
A real good choice of all different sweets including American brands which are priced well also you can get all your classic English sweets here as well at a good price and it's all topped off by really friendly staff.
I purchased what supposed to be traditional lemon bon bons today and there wasn't any sherbet powder around them definitely not real lemon bon bons but over charging for them. I would not return.
