We ordered shutters from Harmony in December 2017, and were told that these would be fitted around the end of January. They were eventually fitted in March, not that this in itself was an issue as we were in no hurry for them. The shutters themselves are very nice and the fitter did a good job. What lets this company down is the shocking level of customer service. Numerous calls to the shop went unanswered. We were eventually given a confirmed date for fitting and I booked a day of work to be there. When the fitter hadn't turned up by lunchtime I left messages at the shop. I eventually had a call back to say that there was a problem and the shutters were having to be re- made. I was told the lady in the shop had sent a text but this was a lie as they hadn't bothered to attempt to make any contact and were now trying to make excuses. I was annoyed at having taken a day off work which cost me money. I was promised a discount as compensation for my loss of earnings once the fitting had been done - nice gesture I thought at the time. However, this turned out to be a false promise to fob me off, and despite me attempting to follow this promise up, I have had no response. Would I use this company again or recommend them? No...... go to Very Nice Blinds down the road as they are much more professional.

Shutters measured, fitted in time specified and work good quality. Very friendly service by all, no problems so far and have been in place for neatly 1 year. Well pleased that I used this company and not the others I got quotes from.

To say we are delighted with our shutters is an understatement. Martin, Richard, Steve and Jemma were marvellous with such a good choice. You cannot beat personal service so thanks once again, highly recommended. All our windows have Harmony shutters except conservatory when we change we will come to you.

We have moved 3 times in 9 years and you've installed all our blinds in every house. We wouldn't consider anyone else! The range of styles and colours you offer is second to none. We'll be having a conservatory built next year and hope to have it fitted with Perfect Fit Venetian by Harmony Blinds. 5 star
