We booked 2 men and a van.  On arrival one in particular was very moody and started moaning that it was a late start in the day - timings were not our choice...  he was extremely rude to myself (didn't like retaliation though) and a bully to his companion.  His name was Fred not sure of the name of the nicer guy.  I found Fred to be a dictator who would put his companion down every chance he had.  He moaned about us not helping - just to clarify I'm disabled - and how they wouldn't get the job finished in the time frame.   To be honest I kept out of his way and actually left the property as was not wanting to speak to him as would of told him where to go.... but needed the job done.  I was disappointed with the service and the attitude of the so called professional man called Fred.
