If you're after a cleaning company that goes above and beyond to make you happy then these are the guys. I have 2 flats opposite each other that we rent out. they collect the keys from my work, do the work and keep me updated along the way. Then return the keys to me, don't charge any extra for this and only bill me when the work is done and i'm happy. What more can you ask for. Good prices, great service. Worth every penny.

Have used this cleaning service twice - both for full house end of tendency cleaning and they are absolute fantastic. Lovely, friendly team who are clearly very efficient and proud of their work. Both estate agents have commented on the level of cleanliness and one has even asked for their details as they are so good!! Could not recommend enough if you need professional cleaners and you live in Guildford area!

Bordering 1.5*. They did turn up on time and a full clean was done to an okay standard but a mirror was broken in the process, a full length custom made mirror for sliding wardrobes. The company refused to take any responsibility for the mirror and instead threatened me with court for not paying the invoice (as I felt we should have, at the very least, been discounted for them breaking the mirror). I ended up paying the invoice just to save the hassle. I also had to pay for the mirror that was broken in the process of cleaning. This company then finally admitted breaking the mirror but blamed faulty rollers (stiff system). The business we used to replace the mirrors, suspect the mirrors were hit in the process of cleaning and the rollers would have had nothing to do with the mirror breaking. Mayer just wasn't a nice company to deal with throughout the process to be honest and I wouldn't recommend them. The owner didn't act professional at all throughout our dealings

Really impressive with the speed and professionalism of guys, used Mayer Cleaning to clean my house after my tenants left and they did a great job. Will be recommending to friends for any extensive cleaning jobs that they need.

the cleaners arrived at time and were very friendly, The whole team were highly professional and cleaned my entire property from top to bottom with no fuss.! Will definitely be using them again in the future.
