A M A Z I N G service! Haven't seen such an attentive branch manager before. Josh, if I caught the name right!  Stressful two days for me moving, yet when I arrived on a Sunday 3 minutes before the branch closing - the manager and his colleague took me through the contract completion process. 5 star lads! Thank you again guys!

Even though Josh was new in his position, he was very welcoming and helpful. He seemed well informed about the units I was enquiring about and took the time to make sure I got what I needed.

I was at The Big Yellow Self Storage Company in Byfleet.  A young man called Connor was absolutely fantastic.  He gave the best customer service I had in a while and was so helpful with explaining everything.  Connor doesn’t originally work at that branch but I’m thankful he was there the day I came in. I couldn't recommend Big Yellow Byfleet more highly. We only planned to have our stuff stored for a month, ended up being there over a year, with no issues or concerns at all. Everyone we dealt with especially Luci were friendly, professional, and responsive. If we ever need storage again, we will definitely be back.

I went to big yellow the Friday just gone and josh was very helpful and very accommodating, we had a really nice conversation, he was very efficient and professional

Whole experience from booking on the phone to being greeted and checked in by Lee at Byfleet was just really excellent. Amazing customer service, super friendly, helpful, really knows his stuff and a laugh too. And had a lovely chat about the Bug Yellow Charity too which sounds absolutely fantastic. For a first time self storage user, Lee helped explain everything so well and made my busy moving day so easy. And everything fit in my room perfectly! Have not got a single bad thing to say.

FANTASTIC service from Keith when I arrived at the storage unit. Lee was great to deal with in organizing my storage. An excellent experience. The storage facilities are clean and secure.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Lee, the manager was exceptional on the phone in dealing with my initial inquiries particularly given I'm not the easiest person to sell to. Anna checked me in and was first rate throughout the process. Honestly couldn't fault the service at all and it's rare you'll hear me saying that.
