Closing at 2pm doesn't alow workers enough time to collect parcel.

1 star as counter staff usually pleasant, the system does not work tho. I returned a letter as delivered to wrong address but then 2days later it was delivered to my address again! Not the first time & I guess it won't be the last.

Dont know why they are so bad at actually delivering parcels. All the other couriers manage just fine. But every single parcel with royal mail or parcel farce I have to pick up from the depot. I activly seek goods from companies that dont use them

Poor service, being delivered without signatures

Not even worth one Star. Badly organised, unpredictable delivery times. As I write it is 5pm & my parcel isn't here despite next day delivery paid for. As an ex Royal Mail employee this is abysmal service.

This is becoming an absolute joke now and is pathetic! How many people can collect their post before 11am in the week??! Stop using covid as an excuse and do what you're meant to do, help people send and deliver parcels!
