I couldn’t recommend Lee and his partners too highly. Having had a broken leg, I needed to use taxies for absolutely all journeys.  Every driver has been very courteous and professional.  They are punctual and the text that gives notice of the drivers arrival is really useful. In terms of value, I’d say that BTC Taxis are excellent and where they gave a quote, they 100% stuck to it. All in all, a true five star service, without which I would have been lost in recent weeks.

Had a taxi from Barnt green station to where I needed to go, had a lovely driver and was charged £6. On my way back from the SAME location I was dropped to (back to the station) I was charged £8 "fixed price". Thieves... definitely won't be using them again!

Ordered a taxi, gave my name, saw my taxi text arrive then watched the driver pick-up a passer-by who admitted he hadn’t booked.
The next taxi driver sent jokily suggested it might’ve been for more money.
Not impressed but will give them one more try......

Ordered a taxi to Birmingham Airport for 4:30am to catch a flight at 7am.. The taxi didn't turn up and after calling over 5 times with no answer had to wake up my dad to take us just so we wouldn't miss our flight! Extremely unreliable would not recommend!
