DHL Service Point (Ryman Bromsgrove)

The staff here were so helpful. I had an Amazon shipping return issue and came in 1 before close. They quickly identified the problem and walked me through what Amazon needed to send to remedy the situation. With less than 10 minutes to spare before they closed, they didn't give up, they figured it out somehow even though Amazon was no real help, and we were able to get the package out for return! They have a great selection of items there as well, by far the largest pen collection I've seen in some time. Small town feel with a big city selection.
