I do not recommend these solicitors to anyone. They were unhelpful and unaccommodating to our situation. We provided all the documents they required from us and then told us they were ending their retainer because we didn't provide all the documents they asked for. We tried to be accomodating to them but it was trying to fit a square in a round hole.

I deposited a will with these solicitors in 2010 and was very impressed with the quality and care that went into the work. Today I was walking through Queen's Square and pointed out there offices to one of the beneficiaries in the will - but wait an empty building. It would have been useful to receive notification that they had moved and whether any action needed to be taken.

What a horrific company to deal with, unfortunately the court appointed this company to deal with my grandmother estate so the choice wasn't ours. 4 years and still counting totally incompetent solicitor Kerry Rogers totally clueless in her job. All they are interested in is overcharging in fees.

Following a recommendation from a family friend, I approached Meg Moss to represent me in my divorce. In our initial meeting I was incredibly impressed with not only Meg's high level of professionalism but her kindness and her empathy; qualities she displayed throughout a process made all the more difficult by Covid-19. Meg rose to those additional challenges magnificently and knowing that my affairs were in the best possible hands was a real comfort. I would also like to mention Meg's Legal Secretary, Sam Pinker. Sam kept me constantly updated and they are simply a fantastic team. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any prospective client.

I contacted Stone King today on behalf of a relative and can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better service. I needed advice and legal services very last minute and Nick Wragg was an absolute god send. Despite having a very busy schedule, he made sure he was able to jump on the case immediately, kept me and my family updated at every step and provided fantastic advice and legal help whilst also being incredibly friendly and understanding. His legal secretary and the credit controller were also amazingly warm and helpful and made a very personal, difficult situation a lot easier to deal with. I simply cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I intend to forensically examine my files,having already made two submissions to the Legal Services Commission toothless puppy of a watch dog and having my invoice amended owing to 'poor' accounting,I was refunded.I now note information upon the companies house registrar holds a court order!  This firm proved to be legally incompetent AND COST ME A LOT OF TIME ,WORRIES AND MONEY,I now have the opportunity to present the firms efforts before a court as evidence that I tried to find legal help !!!!!,incidentally there are rows of exclamation marks upon my client notes,put their by incompetent  solicitors who held no understanding of property law.BTW the firm has not updated the Companies House Registrar,might be wise to ask for your case file !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
