I walked into Paul with a crooked lower back. I often get this pain after old injuries lock up. I can stretch and keep pain free for a certain amount of time....After a certain point, I can't stretch through the pain and need to go get some treatment. I've had two sessions with Paul, off the back of his treatments I've lasted  3 months pain free (which is the longest time pain free for a few years btw, after seeing multiple physio therapist / chiropractors across Cornwall). 
I'm a professional surfer and am always on the go having a day job as well - mainly office chores, yes desk life... this along with training most day's, I'd say I've pushed my body lately. The work Paul did with me lasted (like his website promises) not only did he crack my pain he also showed me 5 specific stretches for my pain that have really benefitted me and could possibly hold the key to me being pain free for so long.  
A great guy, no  b**L  S**t dragging out treatments and appointments for his financial gain. Looking forward to the next crack and tweak.
