Have been seeing Megan at the practice for a while now. She's very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable i went from chronic hip and back pain to mild discomfort in a matter of weeks. Megan makes you feel very comfortable and is great to chat to to help make you feel at ease. Thanks Megan!
Megan has been brilliant with helping to rehab my chronic shoulder injury. The sessions have been a great help along with the variety of stretches and exercises that she’s set each week. Megan is knowledgeable and makes the process fun. I’ll happily recommend TLBPC in the future.
I visited Lady Bassett Physiotherapy for an issue with my lower back. Megan provided great treatment and advice over six sessions, giving me a detailed programme of exercises to complete via an easy to use app. She was always available to answer queries and questions. Highly recommended!
I have a chronic neck issue, following a car crash many years ago, which really benefits from Sonia Pollard's constructive therapy. Attending today for the first time in 4 months has given me considerable relief. Sonia shows great attention to Covid related guidance from her Institute which instills great confidence to those who visit like myself. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Sonia's practice.
Over the last 8 weeks Megan has worked very hard to increase my strength and mobility whch has been successful. She has a postive and encouraging attitude which has been much appreciated
Great to be able to make an appointment during these strange times that put greater restrictions on us all. But have to say the fact that we went through a Triage and risk assessment. first put me at ease straight away. We then went through what differences they would be from normal hour session. Have to say felt completely at ease all the way through which of course helps :
