Great place for young and old to go exploring or just chillinng and taking in the fabulous views friendly and very helpful staff a really well managed site safe clean lots to do some on site entertainment pet friendly close to town centre love it
Anyone thinking of buying a caravan avoid here at all costs the owner has no interest in building a family friendly holiday enviroment infact he has done the complete opposite since he bought the site all he has done is distroy the great community spirit which once existed before milne parks took over .now its pure greed by selling over priced caravans on short contracts or no contract at all and forcing familys and pensioners of the site many who have been here many years who have been left devastated the owner has no morals what so ever .and the site manager comes across all nice when your buying a caravan but what she fails to mention is that she has no time for children enjoying their holidays an runs the site like a prison camp kids are not aloud to breath anyone thinking of buying here do your research its your hard earned money an nobody wants to live on a prison camp

I would give it 5 stars but new owners moved caravan different site in park to make more money on site my parents had for 15 years
Great wee Restaurant on site, great access to beach.
Just a pity I can't give no stars. Prospective buyers need to know that you have no rights when you buy a caravan. People are being chucked off and being told caravans are too old or no reason is being given. Until we get law change, keep your money it will save you heartache.
Do not buy a caravan on this site. Milne site owners are anything but a family friendly company. The warden/manager is rude and arrogant. Site fees are extortionate. We had to leave this year after 10 years on the site because of the yearly increase to fees. As a caravan owner you have little or no rights, please consider before buying.
Excellent caravan site and well kept clean and presented. There's a children's play ground area a laundry facilities a shop and cafe aswell.The beach is a 10 minute walk from site.
