Stunning scenery and a relaxed family atmosphere. The camping pods were great and much warmer than I thought they would be. The toilets, showers, kitchen facilities and site in general were very clean even​ with the site being busy, the owners clearly make the effort to keep the place clean and tidy for everyone. The kids had a great time and were off making friends in no time, especially with the chickens and donkeys. Can't wait to come back and will definitely stay a bit longer next time.

Spectacular view of Mourne Mountains and surrounding farmland. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. I'd live here if I had the choice. The kids loved it. Very clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this site for three night used one of the clamping pods fantastic would recommend it, good for scout's, church camp group's etc. Would like to say thanks to owner Neil for looking after us while we stayed.

My wife, friend and I stayed here October 2017, owners very helpful, friendly highly recommend, Beautiful scenery very peaceful 10 min from Newcastle town center, loads to do and Mountain's to climb.☺

Absolutely loved camping here, it's a shame that it is only going to be youth group camping/glancing pods only in the future. The kitchen and toilets were exceptionally clean and showers were amazing!
