The staff were so friendly and helpful. I went through my Everest Base Camp trekking list with Hannah and pretty much found everything that I need with helpful suggestions and tips given. I found the shop to be well organised and tidy.

Generally good 'value' outdoor gear but I do find the 2 for 1 offers on small items pointless. . just reduce the cost please

Lots of choice in this shop and good prices. A lot of stuff on sale but I gather that's normal. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent exchange/refund policy. The manager ordered some exchange clothing for free delivery which I'd ordered online but was too small and they didn't have in stock in the shop. The quality of the garments and materials seems very good but the shirts I exchanged were a bit of a small fit compared to clothing I've bought elsewhere so perhaps worth trying on before you buy. I'll definitely shop there again.
